Showings
The decision of WHEN to actually start and look at homes seriously is sometimes hard to make. You must be realistic about market conditions, but that is often hard to do without seeing what is available for sale in Boston. As a buyer's agent, I can show you any property listed in the MLS, and even For Sale By Owner properties or Bank/Corporate-Owned.
Setting appointments
Once we have selected the properties that are most suitable based upon what you are looking for, we will set appointments to view them. We will choose a convenient time and I will make the necessary arrangements in order to ensure that we will have access to each property during the time we have designated.
Once we arrive
Depending on the type of listing, I may have direct access to the keys to the property, or the listing agent may meet us there to let us in and answer any questions we may have while we are in the home. On rare occasion, the seller may be the one accompanying the showing. Prior to heading out to view properties, we will discuss the proper approach to each of these scenarios.
